• If you are new to ISMF, create a Sponsor Account to get started.

• If you already have a Sponsor Account, login to submit new projects or review entries.

• Projects may be submitted through May 31st. International projects will be admitted until June 30th to accommodate differing school schedules. Payments will be accepted up to 15 days after the deadline.

• Our goal is to provide judging results in the Fall, by the start of the new school year.

• The entry fee for a project that is readily available for judging is $22. This includes projects that are accessible online or have been converted to a video file format and uploaded to the ISMF video portal.

• The entry fee for a project submitted on a CD or DVD is $30. This includes projects submitted in a format other than a video file or URL, such as PowerPoint ppt files or executables.

Sponsors’ Administration Tools

• Generate custom letters to the parents of your student producers.
• Submit new projects.
• Edit details about projects and correct spelling errors.
• View your projects as judges will see them once they have been processed for judging. This is an important tool for those submitting projects on CDs or DVDs, as the conversion process could potentially miss a vital feature of the project.
• Track the judging status of each project.
• After judging is complete: preview or print certificates and view a report summarizing your district’s awards
